Becoming a member is easy. Click Join Us and fill out the registration form, or connect through your Facebook account by clicking "Login with Facebook" on the home page.
How can I connect to MyOpinionNow.com using my Facebook or Twitter account?
Connecting to Facebook and Twitter makes it easier for you to share interesting polls and blog posts on social media. If you are not a member of our site, simply head to our home page and click "Login with Facebook" or "Sign in with Twitter." You will be asked to sign in to your Facebook or Twitter account to authorize the connection to this website, and will then be directed to complete the MyOpinionNow.com registration form with whatever information we are still missing from you.
If you already have a MyOpinionNow.com account simply login to our website, click "My Account" at the top of the page, click "Credentials," and then click "Link Facebook account" or "Link Twitter account." You will then sign in to Facebook or Twitter to authorize the connection to our website. In the future, you will be able to login to your MyOpinionNow.com account using either Facebook, Twitter, or your MyOpinionNow.com credentials!
How do I benefit from joining?
You collect RewardPoints by registering, referring friends, and taking surveys. These RewardPoints can be redeemed for cash. Go to Rewards for details.

You can update your personal information by logging into your account and clicking "My Account" at the top of the page.

How do I get surveys to participate in?
Once you update your personal profile, we will send you emails inviting you to participate in surveys. Each email will contain a link to the survey.
How many surveys will I get?
You can expect to participate in no more than two surveys a month. The number of survey invitations you receive will vary depending on the fit of your demographic information and product usage with the surveys available. On occasion we will send you a short survey asking you which products and services you currently use to see if you are eligible for an upcoming survey.
Why am I not receiving survey invitations?
The amount of survey invitations you receive will vary from time to time. The number of studies we have at any given time will affect how many invitations we send out. To increase your chances of receiving survey invitations, make sure to update your personal information and fill out member profile surveys located on your member home page.
How long do surveys take to complete?
The length of surveys will always be specified in your email invitations and can be anywhere from a few minutes to half an hour or longer. The time it takes to complete a survey may vary depending on the speed of your internet connection. Because we value your time and honest opinions, longer surveys are also worth more points.
What are RewardPoints and what do I do with them?
You collect RewardPoints for participating in surveys and referring friends to the website. You can redeem RewardPoints for cash. See Rewards for details.
How many points do I get for filling out a survey?
The number of RewardPoints you earn depends on the length of the survey. The longer the survey, the more points you will earn.
What is the monetary value of each RewardPoints level?
Level 1: 20,000 RewardPoints = $20
Level 2: 40,000 RewardPoints = $40
Level 3: 60,000 RewardPoints = $60
Level 4: 80,000 RewardPoints = $80

Where can I check my RewardPoints balance or history?
When you are logged into your account, you can view your RewardPoints balance from the “Home” tab. You will be brought here upon logging in. To view your RewardPoints history, click on the “View Points History” link on the “Home” page. Positive points transactions (registration, completed surveys, referrals, etc.) are displayed in green. Negative points transactions (RewardPoints redemptions) are displayed in red.
Do I have to pay anything to redeem my RewardPoints?
All costs, including shipping and handling, are paid by MyOpinionNow.com.
I completed my profile surveys. Why didn’t I get points?
The profile surveys do not have a point value. These surveys are meant to increase your chances of receiving invitations to surveys that will have a point value.
How do I get a password?
When you fill out your registration form you will be asked to enter a password. Please select a password that contains both numbers and letters and is known only by you.
How do I retrieve my password if I forget it?
On the member login page, click "Forgot your password?" and we will email you a link to reset your password.
I have not received my confirmation email. What do I do?
On the member login page, enter the information you used to register, then click "Resend My Confirmation Link". Your link will be sent to that email address.
How do I unsubscribe?
Your opinion is very important to us and we would appreciate it if you remained part of the MyOpinionNow.com panel. However, if you would like to unsubscribe you can do so by clicking Unsubscribe and entering your email address. Be advised that you will forfeit any points you have accumulated.

I am having trouble logging in to my account. When I attempt to sign in, nothing happens and I remain on the same home screen. How can I access my account?
If you are having difficulty logging in to your account, your issue could be web browser related. If you are using Internet Explorer (IE), under TOOLS, go to "Compatibility View Settings".
